What Vendors & Sponsors Can Expect From Us

Get Implant / Smile USA Academy is committed to providing vendors and sponsors with a professional and organized event environment. Vendors and sponsors can expect the following:

• Table and exhibit space for promotional and advertising activities;

• Reasonable seating accommodations for vendor representatives and team members;

• Access to attending doctors and participants for networking, marketing, and product education opportunities during the event;

• Event coordination and communication prior to the event regarding setup times, event schedule, and logistics;

• A professional educational environment intended to support meaningful interaction between vendors and attendees;

• Respectful and professional treatment from event staff and participants.
  
  

What Vendors & Sponsors Should Not Expect

Vendors and sponsors acknowledge and understand that Get Implant / Smile USA Academy does not guarantee business outcomes or sales opportunities resulting from participation in any event.

Vendors and sponsors should not expect:

Access to private or personal contact information of doctors, attendees, or participants unless voluntarily provided by the individual attendee;

Distribution of attendee lists, databases, email lists, or contact directories;

Direct facilitation, negotiation, or coordination of product sales by Get Implant / Smile USA Academy;

Sales representation or endorsement of vendor products or services by Get Implant / Smile USA Academy;

Guaranteed leads, purchases, contracts, or return on investment from event participation.

All business discussions, follow-up communications, and sales transactions are solely the responsibility of the vendor and the participating attendees.

Vendor & Sponsor Responsibilities

Vendors and sponsors are responsible for providing their own promotional materials, displays, equipment, signage, and any additional items needed for participation.

Vendors are responsible for setting up and breaking down their exhibit area within the designated event schedule.

Vendors agree to conduct themselves in a professional manner appropriate for a professional medical and dental audience.

Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own property, materials, representatives, and activities during the event.

Services & Accommodations Not Provided

Get Implant / Smile USA Academy will not provide any services or accommodations beyond the exhibit space and seating described above unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Lodging or hotel accommodations

• Transportation or parking

• Shipping or receiving services

• Electrical, internet, or audiovisual equipment

• Meals or catering

• Staffing support

• Storage or security for vendor property
